Regus Chicago

My experience with Regus was very disappointing; they were great to work with at the beginning before signing the lease however once signed they added additional fees to my account for no reason. And when I tried to dispute these fees, it took weeks for me to get in touch with someone who would respond to me and during this time Regus tagged on late charges to my account. In the end, they deducted fees from my deposit; I had no choice but to pay. I experienced them to be dishonest and antagonistic. They are taking advantage of people and especially during the pandemic— please be careful when considering this office space.

The office itself is alright. But the accounting department constantly charges you with a variety of fees that you were told no need to pay when signing the lease. Like security cards for entry, internet access, meeting room etc. So you have to deal with those issues a lot. If you sign a lease that longer than one year. They will charge you 4% increase without letting you know when signing the lease. Make sure you pay attention to those traps. And some of them might not avoidable.
