Horrible service. Was on hold for 20 min. A staff member finally answered explain what I need help with and she told me please wait and put me on hold again. After a few minutes off waiting got sent on a call loop someone answered and they put me on hold right way again.

This place is a constant revolving door of new employees, but what never changes is the incompetence of the employees who have drained an accumulated estimated total of 4 hours out of my life over the last 3 years my company has exclusively used this facility. They never fail to loose a piece of paperwork. The most frustrating thing I've ever had happen here was walking in to ask for a copy of my medical report and patiently waiting 45 minutes only to have the employee working start shutting the blinds before spending 30 seconds clicking a mouse to print the report I'd asked for. If you have a choice there are better options.

Poor customer service I dont recommend anyone to come here for a drug test or physical you will be waiting in line for a long time to get called the question is how do people get Jobs with bad customer service
