You are risking the health of your loved ones in this place. It's like a prison with very outdated equipment and huge problems with supplies. Insect infestations in rooms and hallways as well as dirt in corners. Worst thing of all, residents smoking in their rooms in a facility with oxygen. Admission and nursing staff more concerned with covering up issues instead of addressing them. Be warned..

STAFF IS OUTSTANDING...FROM CNA TO RN TO MAINTAINCE TO HOUSE KEEPING TO DINING. I FELL LIKE I'M BEING CRADLED IN MY MOMMA'S ARMS. NOT ONLY ARE THEY CARING AND COMPASSIONATE BUT YHEY ARE FRIENDLY, GOOD HUMORED AND PATIENT

I have a cousin there, for rehab. She's been there about three weeks now . There is no phone in her room or TV which she shares with two other people. I took her a cell phone to her, and I was promised by the person in Social they would set up up for her so she could make calls, but not so. I called the put you on hold and later hang up. sent a email, and it was block. I don't care for the place myself, but I am just the cousin. it's very closed in I felt like I was in jail the hold time I was in the lobby. I didn't want ot go upstairs because of the COID-19 breakout.

This is the worst nursing home I have ever step into. Public areas full of cigarette smoke, dirty, worn out & disgusting
