Michelle's Nails

This is the third time I came by for my nail and found out Jay already left this nail shop. They’ve been lying to me that he was on vacation and other said he left this place because of poor management. Tbh this place is getting nasty and unsanitary, workers are rude and unprofessional. They shouldn’t lie to customers and wasting our time to stop by while Jay already gone. Now I have to look for different place for my nail because their price is too high and the quality of work is really bad.

This place was garbage $70 down the drain got a cut down shape was messed up and her design sucked. Don't let the older lady do your nails period she had a bad attitude. A week later went to another nail shop and had to get a whole other pedicure when the new people redid my work it didn't even look like I had gotten one a week ago they had to reshape my nails. My 4 year old niece could have done a better job. Especially with the paint.

Went in for a soak off when they kept asking if I wanted any other service, so I said yeah and got a manicure. They kept changing the prices. The lady told me $20 and the man said $25 for the manicure. Well, he ended up charging for the soak off and the $20 after I had to tell him. And then called himself adding a $1 to my card.
