Q Nail

I've gone here several times and although they take a long time to finish doing your nails and the wait is really long the quality is is there. The person who only does pedicures is incredible does a great job takes her time and the individuals that do nails also do a great job very good quality the man is very slow but great quality. The woman who does eyebrows is the best amazing! However A big and important thing is sanitation especially during a time of covid. The last time I was there I saw one of the workers Put back the nail Polish remover into the bottle that was used to soak off someone's nails nails as to reuse it again.. Before they or someone else says well they put it in a bottle to dispose of it, it was not that bottle it's the same squeeze bottle that you use to put it in the bowl. That's disgusting. Behind the desk is atrocious. Dirty, dusty, gunky, trash on the floor, a random hammer, etc. It looks like the place rarely gets cleaned and def not sanitized ever. This is a big problem. The 3 stars are due to quality of service for hands, feet, eyebrows.

Hate to rate it 1 star because I was a regular customer. The owner, Jenny, even knew my mom and sister because we always came for our eyebrows and nails of course. However, it’s service changed. The last three times I came in for either eyebrows or nails, I was waiting for at least an hour and people who would come in after me were still attended first than I was. At first I didn’t mind maybe different service, but this literally happened again where I come in for a pedi, waited an hour, just for someone who came in 30mins after me gets the pedi chair first. I waited another 30mins to see if they would notice. Not one, but twice, someone else came in for a pedi and still were attended. I literally gave it another chance and didn’t want to switch salons, yet they still did the same thing. Sad to say I will not be coming back anymore.
