I bought a scooter from a neighbor and hadn't serviced it in 2 years. It ran great and I was having no problems, but I still believe in making sure you take care of your mechanical things, especially when it could impact your safety. When I brought it in, they were helpful in getting it off the trailer. I wasn't comfortable driving from a suburb to downtown Chicago on my scooter. No one talked down to me when explaining what they were doing and the service they provided. I felt they educated me on my scooter. They checked everything and even took it for a test drive to make sure everything was in proper working order. While waiting for my scooter, I was able to talk with the owner about his inventory and his history. Scooters are a passion for the people who work here. If you're looking for a scooter, go there! They have created sidecars for scooters and I so desperately want one! I will be returning for all my service needs for my scooter in the future.

I brought in my scooter for an oil change and after a brief conversation with the service team they checked it out and let me know I didn't need it. Honest and informative service team. Tons of awesome scooters and accessories there too. I bought my riding jacket there as well and got a great deal. My go to scooter shop moving forward. Highly recommend!!
