Im on the fourth screen thats been replaced in just under 2 weeks (iPhone 7). First one had a visible defect that showed up like a translucent ribbon in the middle of the screen. Second one had a dead spot so I couldnt type any word containing the letter Y. Third one had another visible defect that looked like someone pushed down on an LCD. Fourth one-this one-works about 1/5 of the time. When it isnt working, it contains huge dead spots, misplaces the cursor (for lack of a better term) half an inch from where you actually touch the screen or types when your finger NEARS the screen. At this point, i dont want a 5th screen. I just want my money back. And for the record, I dont usually write reviews (especially bad ones) but I was invited by the company to tell them how they did. Not good. Employees were nice, easy to deal with and seemingly knowledgeable. After 4 screens and two different installers, Ill go ahead and say its a shoddy product and not a bad installer.
