Sam is great at what he does! He helped us with our last move and was fantastic again. He has strong knowledge of the city and suburbs and was good at getting further info we requested. He is easy to work with and has great rapport with the other agents. His team was on the ball and did a good job communicating and getting the deal done. I'd highly recommend him to anybody looking whether in the city or north suburbs.

We had the pleasure of working with Sam and his team when we were looking to buy a home. They were very responsive and knowledgeable about the properties and neighborhoods we were looking to buy in. Sam was so patient with us and we never felt pressured to do anything! I truly felt that he was looking out for us and had our best interest in mind. Arlette did an amazing job helping me in my condo hunt during the second half of 2022. The whole process took about 5 months for us, from the very first showing we did to closing on the property I ended up buying. During this entire time, Arlette was very diligent in following up with me, speaking with various sell-side realtors, helping conduct research, answer and chasing up on questions I had. She did an excellent job coordinating the whole process that it felt so enjoyable--as opposed to stressful. Not once did I ever feel pressured into making a purchase decision. In fact, she would make sure to reiterate how I felt about various properties and that I understood both the pros and cons. Arlette checks off all the boxes of a good realtor. She is extremely hard working, honest, and overall just an enjoyable person to be around (which can be important when spending multiple hours a week with someone).

Sam and his team made our buying journey go off without a hitch. Extremely responsive but never in your face, they were consistently able to work around our schedules. We definitely appreciated Sam's insights for each house we looked at and it never felt like he was trying to "sell" us anything, but more being our guide. When we finally picked the house we wanted, his recommendations during our purchase negotiations ultimately led to an extremely favorable outcome. Again, in the actual purchasing process we never felt pressured or had the idea that Sam was telling us exactly what to do or say, but his advice always came off as leveled and always ended up being the correct choice! Working with Sam was a great experience and provided a team like feeling which was exactly the type of help we were looking for. I would recommend Sam to anyone looking for a house in the Chicagoland area.
