The food at El Neuvo was generally decent. We were not the biggest fan of the ceviche as it tasted too sweet and did not carry much lime flavor. We liked the Enrollados de Carnitas better, which had a satisfyingly rich pork flavor. The highlight was the Camarones en Chile Ancho Con Piones, with shrimps simmered in a rich, zesty sauce that was super flavorful and balanced. The dining vibe here is very cozy, especially in the spacious back room with the decorative lights. The service is also efficient and friendly.

Bit expensive but the food is amazing. Right next to landmark so we go before we catch a movie. The enchiladas will make you wonder where they were all your life. Vegetarian options: I eat here with vegan friends and they love it. Vegetarian enchiladas and the vegan fajitas with seitan are their favs.
