I rarely write reviews but this location was so far below an acceptable standard that I want to briefly share my experience with hopes of helping others. 1) Im 27 years old and was treated as a child and with contempt because I wore a t-shirt and shorts to my fitting for a wedding Im standing in. 2) I asked for buttons to be put into hold suspendersand for minor tailoring for fitting. The pants were not done at the date they promised, which meant I took time off work to pick them up during the day (twice) and I never received any call telling me they would be delayed. 3) when I came in the next time to pick them up, the cashier subtly mocked me for not folding my slacks correctly. 4) Today is the day of one of best friends wedding and as I am getting dressed I am now finding out that the buttons I paid a tailor (at the store) to sew in were never put in. This store treated me poorly, provided disappointing service, and now Im at a wedding with safety pins in my clothes trying to hold up suspenders because this store took my money and didnt have the decency of doing the job I paid for. This isnt acceptable and I hope you have a better experience elsewhere. Jos. A Bank, please fix this.
