I have called this company about my Velcro wraps order and I had a representative that yelled at me and was very rude with me. They don't want to give me my order saying that they are waiting notes from my physical therapy place and the physical therapy place had asked if they needed notes and this company said no Please beware of this company as I have been told they scam people by Yelp Totally unacceptable and this place needs to be reported to the better business bureau which I am going to do.

Howdy Everyone, I have been with Absolute Medical, Inc for many years. Mr John, Ms Colleen & Mr Brandon along with many of the other staff members have truly relaxed my mindset with different garments. I have had different journeys with my Lymphedema and Mr John has given tremendous input with excellent measurements with any changes needed. Very grateful for all Absolute does for others. I was welcomed by Elsa, who was very pleasant and helpful. There was no wait, Elsa did such a great job explaining the process and making me feel cared for. I also appreciated Elsas professionalism and her positive energy. Thank you for that!!
