        Seen by Dr.Mughal for shoulder pain. Reffered to Dr.Giannoulias at Rogers Park Surgery Center. Easy to make an appointment and I was seen by the doctor quickly. The front office staff was nice and they have very clean office.

        I’ve been calling and callin and leaving voice mails so they can return my calls and nobody ever since to care to do so. Not only that, I had to go physically do the office to get an appointment for my son to get his physical done for school (otherwise he wasn’t going to be able to attend) and they gave me an appointment for last Friday at 6pm, and I showed at the place at 5:45 pm and the office was completely closed, lights off, lock on the door .. like seriously? What kind of place or clinic is this where they give you appointments and dare to leave before the time of the patients appointment .. really unprofessional
