There is no way to contact them to either make an appointment or if you have any questions- they simply never pick up their phone. My mother had a prescription from Dr Dmytriv and and she had important question regarding the prescription. We called multiple times, left bunch of voicemails and simply no return. Now she has health issue.Avoid this place at all cost.

Went here twice. The second time went to just do an annual check up and have some blood tests. It was 5 pm and I wasnt sure if thats okay to take blood tests that late, but the doctor said it was okay, even though Ive read the rules in Google and first thing you see is never take any blood tests after 10 am or have any food before. After 2 lattes with sugar and meals of the entire day I took a blood test and Dmytriv didnt even care. Paid 200$ for the tests which they even wont send to you. Called again like 50 times, and finally on 51st call Zoi from the front desk picked up the phone and told me that I was fine and when I asked to have my results she refused to send me those saying that I was fine and I dont need any prescriptions. But I paid for tests and have a right to have my tests results. Dr. dmytriv gave me a diagnosis after just my stories about how I feel. No Ultrasounds or anything. Just believed my words and told me I have endometriosis. Gave me a birth control prescription and told me to take those for 3 month. Tried to call them and make an appointment to do a check up after 3 month but of course they never pick up the phone. P.S. Zoi is a terrible and annoying worker too, who doesnt even speak English in a proper way, and when she doesnt understand you, she just hangs up the phone.

WORST PLACE ! DONT COME HERE ! They are RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, UNPROFESSIONAL and IMPOSSIBLE to reach them !!!!!!! Ive been going to this clinic (every 2months) since August 2021. I have a thyroid issue. Every time after doing blood test it takes FOREVER to receive results. My last appointment was on Monday Apr 18th. Today is Thursday Apr 28th and still no results. Every time I tried to call - NO ANSWER. Last week, I called 17 times in a row - NO ANSWER. Today finally Zoi from front dest answered. And when I told her that No, I would not like to wait for their call, I would like discuss it right now - she just hang up on me. I called them back and she put me on a hold for 20 min. and it had been happening for around 5-7 times. I left my work today & came to clinic for my results and when i asked her that I would like to get my results, she asked me if I would like to get an appointment with doctor for another day because they are too busy! I have a thyroid and I cannot be without medication. Ive been without it for 10 days now as no results. I paid over $200 and for what? And now Zoi said that doctor is too busy and I can go they will call me later. I AM ALREADY HERE ! Zoi (front desk girl, NOT A DOCTOR) said that I need Vitamin D & Hormones results are worse so that I need to go with a higher dose from 50mg to 100mg. I asked fir results. I would like to see lab results in an official way as this is my rights. She said that they dont have result for hormones.. What?!?!! Then, how are you giving me a bigger dose? Just from nowhere? Signal from space came to them????!!!! And now im sitting here for 2.5 hours in a lobby, waiting for a doctor and still nobody found a minute to talk with a client regarding missing results and what is going on. What kind of clinic is this?! THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Will go forward with a lawyer regarding this situation
