Does not honor appointments and apparently very poorly organized. They did not save enough pediatric covid vaccinations for the those who booked appointments days in advance, nor did having an appointment make any difference as appointment holders were put in the same queue as the walk-ins. No courtesy call, no signs. Quite a disappointment.

I cannot in good conscious recommend Chicagoland Complete Healthcare. Having gone in for a standard preventative care visit in August of 2019, I only just received the bill in March of 2021 that did not have any insurance deductions. When I had reached out to dispute the bill, I was told that the insurance card that I had provided upon my visit in August in 2019 did not go into affect until 2020 despite not having even chosen my 2020 insurance plan at that point. Unless I had unknowingly time traveled upon this appointment, their story does not add up. If you enjoy accurate and timely billing, I recommend you try your luck elsewhere.

Incorrect excessive billing (I wonder it may be even intentional, irresponsible and super slow follow-up. Both doctor and billing mngr). This place just sucks compared to year before. Will select new general physician at another location nxt yr

Rude Rude receptionist .you may ask questions and waiting weeks for answer. Think twice before you visit lakewiew office.

AVOID THIS PLACE and it’s sister location like the plague. I would give zero stars if I could. Let’s see, where to start? First of all this place is disastrously unorganized, beyond slow to get test results (I waited 2 weeks to hear results on an ultrasound that was ready in 48hrs DESPITE calling 3 times to follow up). Gave me multiple lab orders to out of network providers which I caught and narrowly missed being smacked with out of network charges. Sent me to the wrong hospital for my insurance. The list truly goes on. Office does not call you back and follow up with you regarding concerns (despite saying they will) with billing or any concerns for that matter. This place is a racket with billing and claims. They charged me for a telehealth visit when THEY CALLED ME to ask how antibiotics were working. Disgusting and unethical at the least, and at worst borderline fraudulent. DO NOT trust your health to this establishment.
