Heartland Health Centers - Lincoln Square

Had been looking for a new health center for a couple months and glad I found this place! I had a great experience with everyone from the moment I walked in and was impressed with how fast my visit was. Dr. Nely is amazing, answered every question, concern and took care of everything I needed.

Im not happy at all I am looking for another primary doctor in different clinic I am done I was so happy with my doctor Mary dudeck but unfortunately she left .

Stay away from this clinic at all costs. The staff is very dishonest and deceptive. My wife and I went there for our annual physical exam last month, and it was covered as part of my employer-provided medical insurance. They kept asking us if we wanted covid boosters, flu shots, HIV tests etc...and we said 'No' because we found the marketing pressure very odd. After waiting for 1.5 hrs...a completely different Doctor from the one I signed up with, showed up. We finally received an out of pocket invoice of $350...even though my employer's coverage is extremely generous. At no point was it communicated to us that the routine tests would cost extra. Very dishonest and shady. Definitely would recommend folks to stay away!

This place is terrible. The wait when you have an appointment is always +45 minutes. Then an additional +20 minutes wait when you are in the room waiting to be seen by the doctor. Its so absurd. I thought it was only the first few times that I came however it hasnt changed in the past two years. Another thing I really dislike is the check in procedure at the facility. They have you recite your date of birth, address, phone number, and monthly income in front of other patients that are waiting to been seen in the tiny waiting area. Its frustrating that with all the identity theft that is going on now a days, they should be more private about that stuff. Maybe have the patients write that information down rather than having us respond it out loud so they can all hear. I must have heard three other patients personal information and medical needs and I honestly felt bad for them. I dont feel comfortable coming here anymore and once my insurance changes in January 2023 I will not be returning.
