        First time doing online yoga at home and I love it. Melissa is an excellent instructor for chair yoga and the gentle yoga. I’ll do them again! I put my favorite soft music while doing yoga with her and it is just so relaxing. Thank you Melissa for helping us be productive while quarantined during this pandemic.

        Melissa is a terrific teacher. She is hands on and helps you get into difficult positions. This was my first experience with a stress reduction yoga. I would like to continue but the schedule is not conducive to mine.
