Ii Bulls Mechanical Services, Inc

I am very pleased with my experience with II Bulls Mechanical Services. We have a maintenance agreement with II Bulls. We were gently reminded to get on the schedule for fall but before we could do that we had a couple of cold days that precipitated the need to turn on the heat. Turns out, it wasn't working. I contacted Anthony the owner and he had someone come out within 36 hours - thankfully not unbearably cold otherwise I'm sure they would have been out sooner. Needless to say, the tech worked diligently and patiently to work out the issue. He and Anthony were working as a team / communicating next steps and strategy moving forward. They kept me apprised along the way. Before Anthony sent the tech for a new control board which seemed to be the logical problem, he said to me - "Let's try one last thing." The last thing turned out to be the thing. Their diligence saved me money. Great experience.
