Whatever they did to change the original recipe of the Parkerhouse Polish sausage was a huge mistake. They made them longer in length and somehow less flavorful. Cheaper meat? Changed ingredients? Different pork source? Whatever it is that you guys did…. it’s wrong. Change It Back. We want the “original” “classic” short fat delicious spiced polish back. The new one tastes of lower quality than what we’ve always favored you guys for. The taste we grew up on. It’s terrible tasting now.

I have been eating Parker House smoke sausage for years. I moved to TN in 1998 and when it would go back to Indiana I would bring some back home. I purchased a couple of packs back in May 2021 in Indiana 🤮🤮. I don't know what they tasted like. My daughter came to TN this past weekend and bought me 2 pack. Awful, just awful. What have you all done to the recipe? I will no longer invest in this product.

I moved from Chicago over 15 years ago and was a huge fan of the legendary Parker House hot sausages. I ordered a case of them and was so incredibly disappointed. You had a unique and very popular recipe and "Coke Classiced" it. What's up with all the fat in them?;? I didn't mind the price point when I thought I was getting the old recipe, but now I feel like I wasted my money! I can't give them to friends because I value our friendship too much!
