Wonderful steaks and beef. We were gifted some wagu ribeyes and tenderloin. Magnificent. Could almost cut with a fork. They are pricy but if you can splurge go for it. Their packaging is perfect for arrival in good condition.

Horrific customer service. Ordered a beef Wellington roast back in November to be arrive on 12/22. Never received an email to confirm shipment and so I called and the service agent said it was shipping on the 20th and that I would receive an email. I didn't receive any email and so I called the next day on the 21st and was told that, even though I had ordered a month earlier, it was out of stock. Clearly they sold my Wellington to another customer. No apology. I had to demand to speak to the supervisor who also wasn't going to do anything until I started getting upset, then she offered to ship me a completely different item which I had to accept due to having family for dinner on Christmas. No idea how this company can stay in business with this level of customer mistreatment.

Their website had a glitch where when I tried combining paypal with a gift card it charged my paypal and never processed my order. It's been a week and I still haven't been refunded. The steaks I originally wanted are sold out, and nobody will call me back. They took my number down twice and never called me back. Hands down one of the most insulting incompetent customer service experiences I've ever had. I wish I could rate them 0 stars
