This is an update to the review I left below. I wrote it on a Friday and was contacted by a higher up on Monday. He very much apologized to me for it taking this drastic of an action to get a response from them. I will say my sales rep was working with me the whole time and she was wonderful. Unfortunately sometimes it just takes something like this to make a company see that they are in the wrong. He was very professional. Didn't refund me exactly what I was asking for (which I think would have been the right thing to do) but did refund most of it. All of my reps with this company were great, there isn't a bad word I can say about them. My experience with them overall was good. It was just a simple human error that didn't get caught on their end that cost my business a bunch. I will say it wasn't something that was easily visible though. I have updated this review from 1 star to 3. 3 only because of what it took for me to get them to respond to me after the error happened. I was with Reach Local for several years. I gave them my website in Wordpress, they put it in their own platform only to turn around a few years later to put it back into wordpress. I guess they figured out their platform wasn't working. And only to tell me I couldn't take the site unless I stayed with them for another year or I would be charged a couple thousand dollars. 5 months after they re-designed the website in Wordpress I find out by accident that when folks clicked on the phone number on our site while on a mobile device it had a code in front of it that was connecting people to Egypt. Over 65% of traffic on our website is from a mobile device. Now I have been way more than patient and I am typically not a person that would ever leave a bad review or badmouth a company without good reason. They will not refund me any money that I have paid them and I have been paying them about $1,300.00 per month for years. I do not think it is unreasonable to ask for my money back from the time the re-did the website as this has obvious cost me thousands of dollars. I would never have gotten on to write this review except for the fact that no nobody is calling me except for the gal that was my sale rep, which I loved working with. She is great. I just hope that eventually someone will contact me and make this right but I won't hold my breath. I will be more than happy to recant this review if they just contact me to make this right. We are a small mom & pop lodging business with 17 cabins we rent all year. If something goes wrong in one of our cabins I definitely work to make it right with the customer. I mean what are we without our customers, right?

They have been awesome from the beginning. I have advertised with them for the last 3 and a half years and have given them all of my advertising. Very prompt, anytime I have a question or concern they are always there to help me along. I am very impressed with the whole team at Reachlocal. Thank you guys!

Mitchell Hershy and his entire team at Reach Local have been wonderful to work with. Without question, they have helped me drive traffic to my website. About a year ago, Reach Local did some house cleaning and updated a few items. It caused our company to miss out on some client emails. I called Mitchell and he jumped in and within just a few days they had my emails fixed and running more smoothly than before. I can't say enough good things about Mitchell!

Used another national company prior with horrible results. ReachLocal has been on the top of their game ever since we signed up with them! Our Google rankings are great, and almost as better is the customer service and attention to detail we receive. Our rep from the start had a goal of learning our business in an effort to do his job to the best of his ability... I'd recommend ReachLocal and Mitchell Hershey all day long!
