        When I arrived to do a scheduled study I was told it was canceled. They never contacted me via email or a phone call to let me know this. Then, on my way home of my hour long commute got a phone call from them letting me know the study was canceled. Over an hour after it was scheduled! The woman on the phone was also very rude and condescending. They made an error by not contacting me about the cancelation. Instead of being apologetic I get mistreated further. I pray this doesn't happen to anyone else. I never write reviews like this, but wanted to save someone else before it's too late!

        I've been doing paid studies with them on and off for years and have had no problems and generally good experiences. I did a study via video chat recently. The interview was only supposed to be 1 hour, it ended up being a full two hours. They have not responded to any of my attempts to contact them regarding payment and compensation for keeping me twice as long as agreed upon. Maybe they're in the business of scamming people now. Don't recommend that you trust them with your time.
