Started in August for my mom (we’ve needed to mow twice a week this summer and my dad passed away; I couldn’t keep up between that and work) - first crew - great! They came a week later - great! They came a 3rd time/3rd week and deemed the lawn didn’t need service and left. I asked for a different crew because the backyard was high (I assume they only looked at the front). They sent a new crew, who not only didn’t mow, but made a “recommendation” via the app that she could trim the bushes. I complained it had been 3 weeks since getting the backyard mowed, sent pics, and requested to cancel - the customer service was nice so I gave a 3rd chance, and they said they would send a new crew out the 14th or 15th of September (waiting another week). The 14th and 15th came and went with no mow. I emailed to cancel service due to no show, and the person responded trying to keep us by saying we scheduled it for the 16th and was I sure I wanted to cancel. I didn’t schedule it - they did - in the same email chain. I’ll find another lawn service next year. Service: Lawn mowing/maintenance
