I was first referred to Crystal Gems over 10 years ago when I purchased my engagement ring and wedding bands. Nervous was an understatement as this was the most expensive purchase I had ever made at the time. Jigna was so patient in explaining everything to me. I pulled together some design ideas on how I wanted the engagement ring to look and the ring turned out excellent! Fast forward a decade and I recently purchased another piece of jewelry for my wife to commemorate our two kids with design help from Nimish. Crystal Gems continues to be my go to shop as they are fair, honest and really just wonderful people in general. I still get nervous about the thought of purchasing jewelry, but I know I will always receive a high quality product at a fair price with Crystal Gems.

I purchased an engagement ring for my fiancé at Crystal Gems. They were extremely helpful with explaining the criteria that goes into each diamond. The whole team had great follow up with all of the questions I had. They designed the ring to perfection. I would recommend them to anyone.
