The owner of this jewelry store is very nice, and honest person. I had a platinum ring, and I want make the ring couple size bigger to fit my Mom's finger. I took the ring to Hoang Kim. She gave me an estimate. I agreed to do it. When I came and pick up the ring with my Dad, she told me that the price is less than what she told me before because price of platinum went down( I think).   My Dad and I appreciated the discount. When we were in the car driving home, we thought that was how an honest business person did. She did not have to give me the discount, and told me the discount she received. To me, that is honesty. When you are buying a piece of jewelry, you want to deal with honest person like the owner of Hoang Kim. Plus, she is super nice lady that I ever know. My family always come back here whenever we need somethings. I give this store 5 stars.Couple months ago, my husband asked Hoang Kim to custom made my wedding band. I sent her the picture of what I would like my eternity ring like. I also told her about diamonds shape and quality of diamonds that I like. She did very good job to find the diamond. I have to be honest, it took about three weeks to get the diamonds, and three more weeks to make the ring. The ring turn out spectacular.
