Good food and nice selection but very crammed tight! Noisy. Hard to hear the person across from me talking.

The food was OK at best, def not 5 stars. The starter bread was generic and the olive oil had no fragrance. The pollo trentan I ordered was tough and chewy -- don't see how they don't know how to make chicken tender. The calamari appetizer was the only thing enjoyable. Service is slow on a Saturday evening. They have two dining rooms with one very small kitchen. The atmosphere is so-so and very loud.

The place here is very poor when it comes to hospitality and respect. The owner along with the manager believe they can talk down to people. The good might be OK, but their attitudes, and the way they look at people is more of a Discrimination Which is very wrong, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. And please be aware when you park your car with a Vallet After paying $15.00 or more dollars you still end up getting a ticket by the Chicago meter because they are not following protocols. The Owner and the Manager are very Rude!!

We finally got to try Sapori after hearing many great things about it. The food was absolutely delicious. As an after dinner drink we had the Belleza Rosa, I didnt see it on the menu, but it was the perfect after dinner cocktail- we ended up having two each! Kevin was an excellent bartender and was so attentive, he made great conversation despite the dinner rush. The star of the show was definitely was the Belleza Rosa. It was so delicious!! The perfect creamy blend but not overtly sweet. I really hope they add it to the menu for others to indulge! It was truly a sweet treat after a delicious meal.
