The representative was very professional in understanding our unique needs and developing a solution which aligned with our requirements of product and price. The installers did a great job and took time to explain the details. Although the prices were on the high side but we expected that from California Closets as they represent the high end of this segment (per our assessment). We liked that fact that they don’t negotiate too much and use whatever promotions are available on their systems while pricing. The quality appears excellent. Services: Custom cabinets, Installation

OMG.... we went from a boring, regular master closet to one that is bright, beautiful, organized, holds way more items, looks and feels larger, has great functionality, and serves both my husband and me well. Love the full length mirror that pulls out and angles; the beautiful bling handles on our drawers and doors, the utility of all the pullouts, and having a place for everything and still room! Our representative, Diane O., was excellent to work with... and even though we placed our order just at the very beginning of the pandemic, the installation was made on schedule. The California Closet technicians who serviced our call were professional, listened well and explained the process, and responded to our requests with caring. I look forward to having CC update other closets in our home. For now, we walk into our master closet with pride and gratitude.... and love showing it to others (when safely possible). Amazing experience from start to finish. Beginning with the design process to the finished installation, I was impressed with the professionalism and product. After my first purchase, I was so happy that I used California closets to do two more rooms!

Loved the installers and the speed of installation. My only gripe was with the sales guy. David always seemed annoyed and wasn't very helpful with the budget of my project. I love the product overall, sales process was not fun to deal with.
