Recently, we moved into a vintage row home circa 1890 and many of elements of the home remained from the previous owners. As you can imagine, this presented itself as a challenge to bring it into a more approachable interior. I mention this because unlike open floor plans, this particular home "zigzag" had unique qualities that required immense creativity to integrate its vintage appeal with a modern twist. So, after vetting several firms, we approached Rae and Victoria with a task to energize the space and highlight the vintage qualities and morph it into a modern home. They truly captured the vision we imagined this home to become and did it with detail and care. The team was responsive to any curve balls that the house and walls presented and significant modifications were performed without a significant associated cost. This mindfulness to detail and cost without jeopardizing the quality and vision of the project was something that we appreciated. The team provided us with a home that we love.
