Not covid-19 friendly, got dropped right at the 1st indication of a virus! Lost my career & insurance & was stuck to pay for my own not at fault repairs (which I cannot afford so my car has been in the shop for almost 2 months) My family of 3 had State Farm insurance with David Hickey for over 20+ almost 30 years!! We had auto insurance and home insurance. We do not feel like valued customers. I woke up to my car smashed and State Farm paid ONLY for cosmetic damages and NOT the actual damage! Needless to say the repairs are around $600 & my family has paid in over $100,000 to this State Farm agent! They dropped me even though the car was parked! They also dropped my grandma when she got rear ended. Oh and the house insurance was also dropped when they refused repairs on a leaking roof. Whats so good about having insurance at all if they strait up dont pay out and drop you when you put in ANY claim? Especially after being a family customer for over 20+ years and treated this way IN A NATIONAL EMERGENCY! I have no way to get my grandparents food or supplies because I cant afford to get my car out of the shop because my business is closed down and Im still waiting on my stimulus check and taxes and have no money! I feel 100 percent ripped off!!!

Have been with State Farm and specifically this office over 30 years and they always go above and beyond with service and support in times of need.
