        I had my apartment flood from a common area pipe. It was not covered because it was not my fault. Mr Navarro never looked at my condo by laws. Laziness or incompetence. I am out thousands. I tried o contact Mr. Navarro numerous times. I tried his office, voicemail, and having corporate reach him. His office indicated that he’s rarely in. I was not important enough to have him at least speak to me in person. I am no longer with State Farm. I am not upset at the company but am soured on it due to agents who only care about getting policy’s and not protecting their customers. Do yourself a favor and find a different agent or company.
