If I could give 0 stars i would. He is a con artist and fraud. I have yet received a refund he he is withholding my money. He could not give me an car insurance card policy number or proof of what car insurance company he filed me with. He had me send money to what i found out was his personal account. He cursed me out multiple times when i made inquiries about our business. All documents he has sent is incomplete and/or has inaccurate information about myself.

I don't believe this is a legitimate insurance company. They wrote a policy for a contractor, MDC Economic Development Corporation, and when I tired to inquire about one of the policy numbers, the insurance company itself informed me that the policy number or format doesn't exist. I spoke with the owner, J Minor Allen, who I cannot find as a registered agent on any website, and he said the contractor stopped paying so it was cancelled. However, I don't believe it was ever a real insurance policy in the first place. I would give no stars if it was available.
