Farmers Insurance - Thomas Iaquinta

Tom is the best agent my family has ever had. We were referred to Tom from a close friend. We have had several claims and Tom has always been there for us to assist during the whole process. I have referred several close friends and family to Tom as well. Everyone has had excellent service. Highly recommend!

Do not recommend this agent. Tom Iaquinta has refused to cancel my policy, requesting unnecessary documentation from my new insurance company, billed for renewal, sending that to collections, refusing calls & refusing to rectify the situation. We were able to rectify the issue by calling the 800# thankfully. Tom never had an answer as to why our bill was different each month/renewal, he would give one amount due to myself, another completely different amount due to another person on my policy. He is a complete scam artist. My family and I have filed complaints with the Illinois department of insurance, the better business bureau, aldermans office AND corporate. That is how much I do not recommend this agent.
