Having lived in Chicago for 17 years, I used Paulina and Gentle Friends for all our personal insurance needs. She has been an amazing agent that really provides the personal touch in everything she does. While I still have some commercial policies with her back in Chicago, my personal ones have moved with me to a new agent in my new city. I can only hope to get the same level of service here as I had with her. You can't go wrong trusting your insurance needs with Paulina. She's the best and makes you really understand the value of having a local area insurance agent!

I would recommend Gentle Friends to anybody. Paulina has been so great and helpful to me and my family in insuring both our home and our car. She is patient, thoughtful, hardworking, responsive, and super knowledgable. For my home purchase, she came for a personal visit to verify information about my pet and, on my auto insurance, she stayed late in the office to make sure I had a policy on the same day as my purchase. Just above and beyond service, not to mention both policies were very well priced and exactly what I needed. Again, I can't recommend Gentle Friends enough!
