If used correctly, you can gain a better understanding of not only your own, but other’s behaviors and motivations which will help you improve the way you interact with those around you. I've been working with John for the last 3 plus years. John's business knowledge is incredible. He is able to point out dysfunctions within my business that I am unable to see. He has a great ability to help visualize the possibilities that are within reach that I'm often too busy to see. He has and continues to do a great job of understanding my business to help further develop systems that will help us grow.
