The rooms were spacious and clean but everything else about my experience here was AWFUL. I have never had such a poor experience at any hotel before, let alone a hotel this well known. It was such a disappointment. Check in time was at 4pm and they said our rooms werent ready yet and still being cleaned. Waited almost an hour later for 1 out of the 2 rooms booked to become available. They said they were completely booked out due to it being the holiday weekend and having a large event locally as well. I was understanding at first but then having to wait an additional 2 hours and the second room still not being available is unacceptable. They should have prepared better for such a busy weekend. There was no notification for when our room was actually ready and we ended up waiting until almost 10pm for the second room to finally be ready. That is almost SIX HOURS AFTER check in time! Ridiculous. We were given a food credit of $100 to use at the hotel restaurant for breakfast only to find hair in our food which was delightful.
