We are currently staying in the Executive Tower - sadly checking out today and heading back home after a fantastic Spring Break in Chicago. Our room was big with a great view. The room needs some updating but its still a great room. The bed was uber comfortable and the location cant be beat! Everyone at the hotel has been nothing but friendly, caring, attentive, professional, and beyond. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip! Thank you for making our vacation fantastic!

Ive stayed at the InterContinental in various counties, and its always been an impeccable experience, this was by far the worst. Motel quality for prime hotel rates. Rooms were to the standard of a motel, the quality of food provided by room service was disgusting. I came into town for a few very nice (Michelin starred) restaurants, the first morning in town I ordered room service for breakfast and was served two literally rancid bloodymarys, (I only had a couple sips, but that was enough) my stomach was completely screwed for remainder of the trip, basically wasted the entire experience, not to mention the rest of the breakfast was gross, the pastries were obviously frozen/refrigerated and about as dry as silicone pellets, the fruit was about as bland as cardboard. The beds were super uncomfortable, the pillows were horrible matted and essentially pointless. This place is a disgrace. You can tell that the entire mantra of this place is to cut corners and shave costs, amazing This is a 3-Star experience by any standards worthy of your respect. The location is 5-stars though, which doesnt make up for it.
