Sonder The Plymouth

The room was nice and clean. There was no weird smells and we were offered some nice stuff in the room. So, the problems. The door security thingy usually never worked. Also the AC units just did not work, the elevator was small and kinda dirty. The number provided in the room would not pick up, nor answer any texts. There was no parking and like, three towels in the big bathroom. But other than that, it wasn't bad.

The Apartment is OK, big enough for 4 persons and each one of us had his own room and almost one bathroom. Cleanliness is below standard, the flat was very very dirty. I found bunch of curly hairs from previous guests on the floor upon arrival - witnessing very low cleanliness. Plus when I went to bed sheets were also full of organic materials and hairs from previous guests sleeping has been more than disgusting. I tried to complain and ask for additional cleaning and after days of no answer, the day before leaving they just sent me a 75$ Sonder discount. I WILL NEVER REPEAT WITH THEM AGAIN AND THIS IS A REAL SHAME, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Kitchen is also quite dirty very despicable for the incredible price we payed (1,400$ per night)

This was my second time staying at a Sonder Chicago property. Overall Im a fan of Sonder and would stay again. I will say that I do like the Opal location better. There were minor cleanliness issues like empty water bottles under the sofa and the carpet in the elevators were a little worn and dirty.
