I'd give this place a zero if I could. I went there looking for a bed for the night. And they told me that I had to be a program man. Well aren't all men regular homeless until you can get into a program.

hello my name is Austin Jackson currently a resident here at the BLVD..... I have currently been put on a two month restriction after failing to call or report back after coming back from a day pass one day late. That restriction consists of me not being able to do to anything meaning no free-time and no day nor weekend passes and i also can not even go out to take care of business like obtaining my personal documents. The only thing i am allowed to do medical things which i have none. Where i have a problem is when i did come back all of a sudden my black cap i always where i was being told to take it off no hats in the building but everyone else is still wearing there hats and i stated that which they still said nothing to anyone else but me. There are residents here selling packs and loose squares to staff and other residents. resident's dipping off to others people's rooms at night smoking in the bathrooms at night and this is being done on the first floor and yet no one is doing anything about any of this and this happens everyday. now if this is a state funded facility all these things that they are doing is against the law. i was moved to a room where i have no privacy period I don't even feel comfortable taking my clothes off to go to bed anymore and while everyone else can pull there curtains to have privacy i can not do even that because the tv and all of its cords hang over my bed and plugged into the wall with the antenna which i cannot move i have not showered sense i have been moved because i don't feel comfortable people coming in and out the bathroom which all residents share on that floor which i will never shower right now i will even unpack my bags......
