Collaborating with this company over five years, and i'm fully satisfied by their service, which is above and beyond. Have tried different home inspectors, but after having the experience with John, Kurt, etc. i finally found top of the line experts in this field. Was sets them apart? Being on time, and even early at each appointment; Professional equipment; incredible thorough report, not only pointing the damages but as well pointing all what a property has, in order for future owner to be knowledgeable about his/her own property. They have solid backgrounds, having been involved in building properties from the ground up, property management, commercial RE, industrial RE, etc. I can fully trust Already Homes that everything from an outlet to the roof will be checked and properly assessed!

We worked with Ken D'Alexander. He has now inspected three homes for us and has been nothing short of amazing. He is punctual, thorough, and extremely kind. He takes the time to explain all of his findings and turns over the inspection report within hours of the inspection, despite having more inspections directly after ours. He leaves no stone unturned when it comes to finding potential issues and gives great recommendations on what the buyer should expect when repairing/replacing. I will be recommending Ken to all of my friends and we will be calling him for any future purchases as well.

John is great! Walking through with him while he did the inspection, he was extremely detailed while also giving insightful advice/suggestions. You can tell that he has a passion and enjoys this type of work.
