We had Francisco and Glen inspect a multi unit property for us. They used a drone to check the roofs and brought every gadget imaginable to make a thorough report. We added the sewer scope and it was in a crawl space, they checked under and showed us pictures. They both were very personable and explained things to us as first time homebuyers. We also had a meeting with Charlie, who went through the report and touched on all the important repairs and answered any questions we had. Loved working with them.

As a first time home buyer, Francisco was AMAZING in answering all my questions and concerns and thoroughly assessing my condo. He really eased my mind on my big purchase and I felt very confident with the new information I obtained from the inspection report . It was also a MAJOR bonus that he was bilingual in Spanish and was so patient in speaking to my father. He also gave me his personal cell to ask any further questions!! Could not say better things about Tim and Chicagoland Home Inspectors. Tim arrived early and walked us through how everything was going to go before we went in. He was incredibly approachable and went through everything step by step. He let us as a million questions and was incredibly knowledgeable. Inspection was super thorough and lasted about 2 hours (3bd condo). We received a detailed report after with all of the mild, moderate, and severe flags in a super easy to read/digestible format. 100% recommend!!
