LATAM Vacation Rentals

Very poor experience. We booked a listing through Travelocity for what we thought was one of their condos. The listing was fraudulent. I was able to research and find the actual owner of the villa in the pictures, and the real owner confirmed he knew nothing about LATAM vacation rentals. When the contact at LATAM couldnt give us the property address 3 weeks out we knew there was a problem. So many red flags. We had to pay in advance and despite promises of a refund for over 3 months since we cancelled (the contract promised 45 day refund) , no refund has been given. And we can prove the listing was a fraud! We have all the evidence. Were considering contacting an attorney because it was over $5,000. Buyer beware- fraudulent listings and poor customer service. They say they list over 65,000 properties on Expedia, I just cant believe thats true unless most are frauds with the way they handle their business. If they end up actually refunding us, I will update this review to indicate that. At least wed get our money back like the contract said.
