Rescheduled my wife's appointment without confirming with my her, to only find out it was closed on arrival. Discussion with doctor about ongoing issue was minimal, and under 1 minute, showing very little concern for ongoing pain. Wait to see doctor was approximately 1.5 hrs from arrival.

Had a good experience with Dr.Xia my neck was in a lot of pain and now its good as new really recommended this place.

my name is diane Great staff very nice an helpfull at all there location .Dr XIA VERY GOOD Doctor FIRST TIME VISIT HIM ONE MONTH AGO WITH REAL BACK PAIN GAVE ME A SHOT IN MY BACK AN NO MORE BACK PAIN I RECOMEND ANy to integrated pain management clinic if u suffered with backpain

Today I had a follow up visit with the office and arrived go my appointment on time. I was immediately brought to a room to wait for the doctor after vitals were done. Almost an hour later I come out to inquire if the doctor had forgotten about me. I was told that the doctor was working on medical records on his computer. I have a look of surprise as I was taken back that computer work for an hour would supersede a patient waiting in the office for a follow up visit REQUESTED BY THE DOCTOR. The ladies at the desk but stated theyd let the doctor know I was there and would tell him again. Once returning, they told me he said he was dealing with an emergency and asked if I could wait a few more minutes. I agreed to wait the additional 15-20 min which would total an hour at which point I would leave. Miraculously, the doctor came into see me 3 minutes later. Long story short, no apologies or empathy and simply made me friends my head in a few directions before deciding I needed another procedure. When I questioned it I couldnt get a clear answer understanding. I later inquired with office staff if I was being billed for a 6 min appointment after waiting an hour. They stated I would be. When I explained that I was reconsidered moving on to a different practice, the office manager stated that was my choice. I will not be continuing care with Dr. Xia. I do not appreciate how I was treated nor the outcome of how my concerns were addressed.
