This was a phenomenal experience! Shantel made me feel less self conscious about my smile, and more excited to start the journey! It was a warm and chic environment and I was immediately accompanied by the manager Cody. He was very friendly and everyone was very professional. Before I left, they hooked me up with a “swag bag” which contained free teeth whitening as a courtesy for checking them out! I recommend Smile Direct Club on Roosevelt to any and everyone who needs a new smile! I wish I could give them 10 stars ;)

I did the impression kit at home and had an epic fail. So I made an appointment at the Roosevelt location to redo my impressions. When I got there I was greeted by Johanna she explained to me what needed to be done and made sure that I understood the procedure. She then began to scan my teeth which took all of about 10 minutes opposed to when I took it at home which took me almost 45 minutes. What a time difference. She was very gentle and fast. I definitely recommend this location and if you choose to stop by ask for Johanna.

You get what you pay for. Some will have success. Many may not. Like most things medical, you can't be replaced by robots or cheap labor.
