When in the past you’ve had issues because there is no one who will physically check you in....so this time you check in on the app like they did to last time. You do that and arrive ten minutes earlier than the time the app tells you to arrive. Ten minutes before closing they ask “oh are you here for a haircut?” Then tell me that they’re about to close and that they can’t see you that day. Maybe limit the number of people who can check in if you can’t keep up. But I signed up an hour and a half before close on the app. This was the only day of the week I could get a haircut.
I usually think Haircuttery is okay. But I just wasted so much time to just be told no. When I was checked in the whole time.
