My stylist Milly was awesome and so nice. Haircut was better than I expected better then my experience at other local barbershops. Service was top notch. Thank you Milly!

Initially loved this place. They took time to pay attention to details and make sure I entirely was satisfied with my hair. They must be trying to cut back on staff to save money or something but all the previous staff that did miracles on my hair have all left. So when I walked in there was only one person taking care of the front reception as well as taking care of the hair. I was the only one in the suite so I was able to get started right away which was great. It wasn't until another group of people came in to get their haircut did I notice the problem. The attention to detail type of care was gone and it felt as if I was rushed out the door so the other guest wouldn't have to wait long. It doesn't help that occasionally the staff would turn to the other group to ensure that they wouldn't leave as I wouldn't take to much longer. The staff never showed me my back or sides so I had no idea how they looked until I got home. My hair was cut too short and different from what I requested in the pictures I showed. I wanted it so my hair could be slicked back but it was designed so it would be parted to the side. Fortunately it was in the way I typically get my haircut (I wanted to try something new for my wedding) so I left semi-satisfied. It really took me back to the days when I was just a number at those other franchise barber shops. Unfortunately I'll probably be looking for another salon/barber shop in the future.
