Was my child’s 1st hair cut and it was super emotional, we never had a hair cut before so I didn’t know what to do , what to bring etc . Well my child wanted to donate her hair , for wigs for kids . && this women had a attitude from the start , she was like “well did you bring a pony tale “ “do you have a rubber band” etc like no I didn’t know && I told you on the phone what we wanted && no one said anything . So anyhow she finds a Ruber band and goes “next time bring one” like I’m sorry isn’t this a hair place ? Why don’t you have hair ties ?? Any how she processed to cut my child’s hair , went a lot shorter than I wanted told her to stop n she still was cutting !!! Heavy set women brown hair middle aged with glasses . I will never forget this not only bcuz it was my child’s first hair cut but also bcuz of how rude this women was . Service: Haircut
