MPD Construction Group

Untrustworthy. Without my knowledge, MPD Construction Group subcontracted wood flooring installation to an unlicensed contractor. When problems occurred within 2 months of installation (floors began sinking and swelling) Ziggy did not return my phone calls. Complaints were filed. The Chicago Department of Business and Consumer Affairs fined MPD for several violations including fraud. Ziggy lied to the Illinois Attorney General.

We had a wonderful experience using MPD for a remodeling of our kitchen. David, Ziggy, Chris and the rest of the team were professional. responsive, had very helpful suggestions and did great work. Highly recommended for this type of project.

MPD Construction Group came to my home, we discussed the reason I requested a quote - I gave my contact information and was advised a quote would be forthcoming. After two weeks later and a couple more phone calls I was advised there was nothing to quote which is why I didnt receive a quote. This is Not the conversation at the meeting and if you were not ever planning to quote the project, MPD Construction Group - you should have told me at the meeting. Show up.

Ziggy and his crew remodeled both my kitchen and master bath as well as painted and wallpapered the entire condo with incredible results. The workers were meticulous, showed up when they said they would, didn't cut corners, and used quality materials. They aren't inexpensive but the finished products were worth it!

I had a great experience with David and MPD. I was given a quote on the project quickly. I was very pleased with the quality of the work.
