Today we finally had our Rolling Shutters repaired by a company that knows what they're doing! We THOUGHT the shutters were repaired last year by Shutter Man, but the shutters still had a problem. We called that repairman repeatedly asking him to return and fix the problem, but he ghosted us until we stopped calling.
Then we called National. They responded immediately, fixed the problem and had a great price. I HIGHLY recommend this company!

I have called several shutter companies to repair my broken shutter. None of them including the company that originally installed them kept their appointments or bothered to return my call. Not only did National Shutters keep their appointment, but the technician arrived during the promise time. Ty was wonderful!! Very polite and thoughtful. He even tested my other shutter to make sure it was working Okay before completing the job. Thanks National Shutters for your great customer service! I will definitely recommend you to my friends and family.
