Raffaelo ordered LED lights from us. I had emailed him advising that there was only stock of a light in 5000k and asked if he'd be fine with that. His response was "we can use the 5000k as long as the price is the same." He is now disputing the charges saying that didn't mean he wanted them. Completely unprofessional and unethical.
