They lied about Service charge fee and they said it’s for free they charge me $49

Made appt. Yesterday, swore they said eleven to noon. After noon, I called to check, and they said it was eleven to one. No problem, yet. At one thirty I called their office to get an eta from the technician. He never called back. So I tried the office again, she said she would have the technician call back. New eta from him, 3-5pm. Decided to go with someone else. While the office was polite, nobody wants to waste a precious day off to be treated unprofessionally.
