So I dropped my luggage at this UPS store during my long layover in Chicago as I wanted to go and explore the city freely. The service was amazing and the staff is just great, especially Raj! He was so nice and helped me with the directions to the downtown, explained how to get to the blue line and where go get off, and it was a complete pleasure dealing with him!

I came in here a week ago to do a fax and Jimmy made it very easy for me. I told him I needed to do a fax and he immediately offered me a cover sheet. After I was done filling out the cover sheet out he sent it through for me. Once it was done he gave me a sheet as proof that it went through. I will be going back to this store soon!

I had several large and valuable paintings to ship, and my local UPS store in Lakeview referred me here for service. This is apparently something they do a lot. Bob was able to construct two large custom wooden crates (just like I always saw in the movies!) for my four paintings, with copious packing materials to protect both the frames as well as the painted surface of these oil paintings. Also insured the contents, which arrived without a hitch. It's an incredibly valuable and hard-to-find service they offer, and would absolutely use them again for shipping valuable art.
